What Instagram gives, and what it doesn't
Instagram gives a name and a chat, never a phone number. You can reply within 24 hours of the person's last message, or 7 days if she came from an ad, so answer the same day.
WhatsApp after 24 hours
Within 24 hours of a patient's last message you can write freely. After that, WhatsApp only allows a template approved by Meta. Meta bills WhatsApp messages separately, at cost: a few cents a message.
