What we keep, and why

When you ask to see your new website, we keep what you type: your clinic's name, its website, your name and your email or phone. We use it only to answer you and to prepare the preview you asked for. The legal basis is taking the steps you request before any contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).

To stop spam we also keep a one-way code made from your IP address. It cannot be turned back into the address.

Where it is kept, and for how long

On Cloudflare, with the database in the European Union. If we don't start working together, your details are deleted automatically after 12 months. We never sell them or use them for advertising.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The typeface is loaded from Google Fonts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to their use, by writing to privacy@acedntl.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, AEPD.
